PTA MEETING 11/19

Our next general meeting is on Wednesday, November 19th at 7:00pm ET at Radburn Elementary's School's media center, aka library.

Free childcare will be available for school-age kids.

ART TO REMEMBER - ORDER BY NOVEMBER 14th

This semester, our school is participating in a unique fundraising

program with Art to Remember that gives you the opportunity to purchase keepsake items with your child's artwork on them.

The best part is that every keepsake order supports our school.

Just head to ArtToRemember.com and search for your child’s name, enter their online order code, or upload artwork from home and start shopping!

HALF DAY PIZZA - ORDER BY SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 2nd

ORDER HERE includes 1 or 2 slices of pizza and a snack.

We do not order extra pizza so please prepay or send your child with a lunch from home.

Half Day Pizza will be Nov 11, Nov 13, Nov 26, Dec 23, Jan 12, Feb 25, Feb 26, March 23, June 22 and June 23.

DATE: Friday, October 24th (rain date: WEDNESDAY, Oct 29th)

TIME: 4:00pm - 6:00pm

ENTRY:

$10 for 1 child (prepaid deadline October 20th) - $15 (at the door)

Adult chaperones included, children 3 and under are free.
PIZZA ADD ON - each slice $2.50 pick up at bake sake from 4:45-5:15 no extra slices will be purchased, please pre-order or purchase day of at one of our other food vendors listed below!

ENTRY BRACELET INCLUDES:

Bounce obstacle course Inflatable slide DJ Karaoke Temporary Tattoos Games Selfie Stations Crafts and more!

Child must wear bracelet at all times to utilize above attractions. Costumes are optional.

Bring extra cash if you want to:

Get your face painted $5
Win a prize at the lollipop pull ($2 per pull and everyone wins something)
Buy from the Bake Sale
Buy from other food vendors that will be available at the party (Better Daze Cafe, D&D Dawgs, Cooley's BBQ, Kona Ice)

PUMPKIN SALE - October 24th

Volunteers needed

Send money with your child on October 24th to buy a pumpkin!

Each child will get a seasonal smencil as a gift from the PTA so every child will leave the sale with something!

Volunteers needed

Important notes:

1. You must be a PTA member to volunteer.

2. For the safety of our students, please do not come unless you have an assigned spot. You will check in with the main office as a listed volunteer then head to the media center for your shift.

3. Signing up means you are covering a full time slot (not just your child’s class). You will be helping with the register/checkout or helping multiple children find books.

BOO BAGS ARE BACK!! - DEADLINE OCTOBER 17th

We need some volunteers to help coordinate bake sale and games. More information HERE.

Join Art Pop – Be an Art Docent!

Art Pop (formerly Tic Toc) is a PTA-sponsored arts program that brings art into Radburn classrooms during the school day. Docents give a short art presentation and lead a fun craft activity — no art experience required! Kids love it, and training is provided.
